Brad Walls

My name is Bradley Walls, Owner of Premium Building Inspections. Specializing in Residential, Commercial, 4-Point, and Wind Mitigation Insurance inspections since 2014! I am a local inspection company in South Florida that services Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami- Dade counties. I have completed over 5,000 successful inspections.

You may ask or wonder what is covered during a home inspection? All of the property is inspected thoroughly such as the structure, (exterior and interior), plumbing, electrical, sprinkler systems, pool, appliances, roof, attic, and more.

When thoroughly checking the home, the client will be notified in regards to what items need repaired. A detailed home inspection report with colored photographs will be completed and all issues of concern will be documented. The home inspection report is easy to read and includes a summary of items that should be repaired. It may also included estimated costs for repairs that need to be done on the property.
